ALTHOUGH MANY PEOPLE HAVE GREAT DREAMS AND DESIRES FOR THEIR LIVES, SOMEHOW ONLY A FEW MANAGE TO MANIFEST AND LIVE THEIR DREAM LIFE. SAVLEEN BAJAJ GIVES YOU THE KEYS TO LIVING THE LIFE YOU WANT. Are you manifesting and living the life of your dreams? Or, are your thoughts and beliefs limiting your opportunities in life? The Law of Manifestation explains that each individual is made up of vibrational energy and they consciously or unconsciously create their own reality. Your thoughts play a vital role in manifestation and the old adage, ‘be careful what you ask for, you just might get it', is very true. For example, conflict is easy to create but very challenging to resolve. In my many years of working in the human development world, I've come across many people who have shared glorious success stories of how they have achieved great external success in one or two areas of their lives, such as finances and relationships, only to have lost it all again. "Something went dreadfully wrong", they say, "why did this happen to me? What did I do wrong?" Well, metaphysics researchers theorise that all manifestations are the creation of one's thoughts. When there is an unconscious misalignment of the psyche, the powerful, erroneous hidden scripts buried in the subconscious mind from early life experiences begins to play out and manifest into reality. For some people these hidden scripts lead to addictions, abusive behaviour, self-sabotage, anxiety, fear blocks, emotional disorders or a mental breakdown. These scripts are like a virus that gives life to any long held erroneous beliefs, assumptions and judgments. Remember, every thought you think must become your reality. Therefore, choose your thoughts very carefully. Whatever you see and experience in your inner and outer worlds has been created in one way or the other by your thoughts. These manifestations occur when your thought or idea is sent as a directive or suggestion to your subconscious mind. For example, if you constantly worry about not having enough money, you will create more experiences of ‘not enough', simply because you have thought about it and energised it with your incessant worrying. If you want to create the life of your dreams, you must first befriend life for life to support you. In other words you must view life as a precious gift. If you are positive, grateful, humane and charitable; life will support you and give you more of what you need and want. This is absolutely the most important step towards manifesting a wonderful life of your dreams. You must give out what you want more of. Here are some steps you can take to manifest the life of your dreams. 1. Get Very Clear A major key to manifesting the life you want is to contemplate upon what you want out of life. What is it that you want to do with your life? Ask yourself such questions as: what is my deepest desire for my life; what would I like to accomplish; where would I like to be in 5 years? Clearly identifying what you want out of life supports your ability to manifest from your true self. 2. Visualise the End Create in your mind a blueprint, a 'powerful picture' of all that you desire for your life. Create a powerful image of yourself as having achieved the life of your dreams. Record this image in your mind's eye. Close your eyes for a few minutes and replay this image before you begin accomplishing a goal for the day. 3. Use Powerful Language Refrain from saying things like ‘I wish' or ‘I hope'. Articulate your desires in the present tense - eg: ‘I am.....' or ‘I have.....'. An example would be ‘I have opportunities in my life', rather than ‘I wish I had opportunities'. Act, feel and think as though it has already taken place rather than waiting for it to occur. You must believe without a doubt that what you need is manifesting in its own divine way.
